Types of Packaging
Folding Cartons
Folding cartons are the most common type of packaging printing we do. They are cheaper and can have fun exterior designs to entice the customer to buy. They are very common in retail stores and likely the most common packaging you will see on a day to day basis.
Rigid Boxes
These are sturdier boxes that do not fold down like folding cartons. Due to this more ridged structure they are commonly used for higher end products or when the product itself is heavy and needs a stronger packaging solution.
Corrugated Boxes
These are more commonly known as brown cardboard boxes and are frequently used for larger packaging needs. They are most often used for high-volume paper file storage and for moving purposes. If the product is bigger than an A4 size you may need to go up to a corrugated box, especially if the product is on the heavier side.
